SHIPPING POLICY WHEN ORDERING DIVVIES CUPCAKES - To ensure freshness, Divvies cupcakes need to arrive to you within 3 days or less from date of shipment. If this requires 3 Day Select shipping (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MS, MT, parts of NE, ND, NM, NV, parts of OK, OR, SD, parts of TX, UT, WY, WA, ) you will be charged an additional $5 per dozen to the regular shipping charges after your order has been placed. Around the Table Gourmet Gift Shoppe will notify you via email that an additional charge has been processed. Divvies ships cupcakes so they are not in transit over a weekend. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will gladly make special arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - At this time Around the Table Gourmet Gift Shoppe does not ship internationally.

CUSTOM GIFT BASKET ORDERS - Custom gift baskets are made to your specifications upon receipt of order and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Full payment for custom items is due when the order is placed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before placing your custom order.

RETURN POLICY - Food items are not returnable. Non-food items must be returned in the condition it was received with the original sales receipt within 14 days. We will gladly credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery charges) or exchange the item. A return authorization is required for all returns. Please email us at gourmet@aroundthetablechef.com for an RA# and further return instructions. Items received without an RA# will be refused.

SALES TAX - 7% sales tax will be collected on non-food items shipped to a New Jersey address. 7% sales tax will also be charged to shipping rates for items shipped to a New Jersey address.
